Ryan, with 15 years of experience and a deep exercise science background from George Brown College, blends expertise and passion. His approach emphasizes assessment, solid foundations, and flawless fundamentals for consistent progress and injury prevention. More than just goals, he fosters body understanding, confidence, and independence. With skills ranging from Fascial Stretch Therapy to nutrition and strength and conditioning, Ryan guarantees transformative results within a few sessions.
